Background: My creative passion, entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen and keen eye for excellence in customer experience and fun has been the foundation of a more than 20 year career in hospitality.
The past five years have since channelled this broad experience into three new, award winning Perth venues with Adam Keane including:, Lucky Chan’s Laundry + Noodlebar – Australia’s first Crowd Funded restaurant The, Dutch Trading Co – 2018 winner (2nd 2017 and 5th 2016) of the Australia’s Best Craft Beer Venue Title as judged by Beer & Brewer magazine, The Classroom – 2012 AHA National Award for Excellence winner for Best Bar Presentation and Service and WA’s Best Cocktail Bar Venue for three consecutive years.

Background: I have spent the last 20 years working in the hospitality industry in Australia & Overseas. I have competed & been successful in several State & National Cocktail Competitions plus representing Australia several times placing 7th in the World IBA Fancy Drink Cocktail Competition in 2005.
I started Cocktail Gastronomy with Daniel in 2009 & we have been servicing the WA Market since then with Creative Cocktails & mouth-watering cuisine. My goal is to ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience through our food & beverage experience every time our company is involved.
Why Crafted? We work tirelessly to create an experience that is modern & caters for today’s market, whether it be the latest cocktail trends or the most suitable cuisine for your event.

Functions & Events Coordinator
Background: I graduated Central Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Events Management along with Student of the year 2014. After graduating I began working as a Function Coordinator organising and managing majority weddings, back stage fashion events and corporate events. I pride myself on my immaculate eye for detail and producing quality work. I love a challenge and enjoy meeting new people and building strong lasting relationships, both business and personal.
Why Crafted? We don’t say “No” often. We create packages and things for our clients, specific to their event. Nothing is impossible.
